Only list multiple recipients if located at the same address. If Recipients/Defendants are at different address, you must submit a separate request.

Is generally a named defendant. If using a registered agent for a legal business e sure to select "organization" above.
This can be a listed registered agent (individual or organization) or other known business official (e.g. CEO, Owner, etc.) who is authorized by law to accept personal service for the entity.

Payment Authorization
You hereby acknowledge and agree that you, or the company you're submitting on behalf of, shall be responsible for any costs/fees related to this request as outlined on our rates page. You fully attest you have carefully read all of the pricing details outlined on our rates page. Once submitted, the request may not be subject to refunds for cancellation. If canceled before dispatched for a 1st attempt, a $15 processing/handling fee will still apply. If canceled after dispatched on a 1st attempt, no refunds will be available (except for additional services). All standard requests include 3 attempts per address (unless deemed a bad address, at which point no further attempts will be provided at that address). You agree that Valor Legal Services reserves the right to attempt service at other locations and methods, even if additional addresses or methods were not requested. You hereby agree that all payments for invoices will be due upon receipt, partial or full pre-payment may be required, and/or payments shall be submitted by debit/credit card via our payment processing system.
